- I want to begin my 30s with a healthy, vibrant body so I can enjoy them.
- I want to look back on my 20s and savor my 30s as a healthier, more fulfilled period of my life.
- I want to have energy to chase my daughter (and any future children) around.
- I want to enjoy my children's childhood as much as they do.
- I want to attend Woodstock 100 and be lively enough to enjoy it (I will be 88 years old).
- I want to live to be 100.
- I want to run a marathon in 3 years.
- I want to teach my daughter to love her body, and treat it well, rather than bemoaning her weight.
- I want to love my husband physically, emotionally, compassionately, humbly and as much as possible until God calls one of us home.
